Having served at Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers, and later leading financial operations at Amazon, he brings clients both world-class technical rigor and practical, operational insight.

With over a decade of experience, Sumair has led and supervised complex global audits for companies with revenues up to $4 billion. His work reflects the precision, discipline, and professional standards of the Big Four, ensuring clients receive high-quality assurance and minimized risk exposure. His technical proficiency covers SEC reporting, SOX compliance, and advanced accounting areas including ASC 606 (revenue), ASC 718 (stock-based compensation), and ASC 842 (leases).

Before joining the firm, Sumair served as a Finance Manager at Amazon, where he built scalable financial systems and cut month-end close time in half.
